SERVICE HOURS VERIFICATION
Log into your volunteer account post-race and click “Download Certificate” in your dashboard tab to download your Certificate of Appreciation. To receive a Service Hours Form, complete the “Confirmation of Hours” form highlighted in yellow. The Service Hours Form will be sent via email. These forms are only available for checked-in shifts and can be found at the bottom of the page under “Event History”. If you need to complete a different form, please send a request to volunteer@chicago13point1.com.
