The Bank of America Chicago 13.1 offers participants a unique experience, bringing a world-class half marathon to the neighborhoods of Chicago’s West Side on Sunday, June 6, 2027. The 13.1-mile course weaves through the historic parks and boulevards of the West Side, starting and finishing in Garfield Park with scenic loops through Douglass and Humboldt Parks.

Registration for the 2027 Bank of America Chicago 13.1 is now open! Participants will receive:
- Nike race shirt
- An official finisher’s medal
- Event bib number and timing device
The entry fee for the half marathon is $120. Race day Packet Pick-up will be available to purchase for $35 on a first-come, first-served basis at the point of registration. This opportunity is available to the first 600 participants who select and pay for this option.
ADAPTIVE PROGRAM
The Bank of America Chicago 13.1 strives to provide accessibility for all athletes with impairments through our Adaptive Program. Learn more about the Bank of America Chicago 13.1 Adaptive Program.
EVENT REQUIREMENTS
- Participants must be 14 years or older on race day. Participants under the age of 18 on race day must be registered by a parent or legal guardian, who will provide their contact information and accept the waiver on the participant’s behalf.
- The Bank of America Chicago 13.1 requires that participants be able to complete the 13.1-mile distance in three hours and 15 minutes (3:15:59). The course will reopen for public use on a rolling schedule based on this time limit.
- The sale and/or transfer of race entries/bib numbers is strictly prohibited.
- All entry fees and ancillary purchases are nonrefundable.
- Participants must adhere to city, state and other public health guidelines and orders.
- All participants must be familiar with and abide by the event rules.
